Leagues - For Evergreen CC members, a full refund will be granted if cancellation occurs before the member’s first day of curling. Once league play has begun a 50% refund will be granted if cancellation occurs within the first 2 weeks of curling. No refund will be given thereafter.
Group Events - For group events a full refund will be granted if cancellation occurs at least 7 days prior to the event. No refund will be given thereafter.  There is a $25 fee for changing credit cards after any portion of an event has been charged.  See full terms and conditions.
Learn-to-Curl - For Learn-to-Curl classes a full refund will be granted if cancellation occurs at least 14 days prior to the event. No refund will be given thereafter. We will consider class change requests if availability allows. A change request due to schedule conflicts may be made at least 10 days prior to the event. A change request due to Covid-19 or injury may be made for the injured / ill individual (not the entire party) up to 48 hours in advance, and is subject to lesson availability within the same-season.
Curling 101 - For Curling 101 lesson series, a full refund will be granted if cancellation occurs at least 14 days prior to the first class meeting.  Change to an alternate class (either during the same or following session as the one registered) will be granted when capacity allows and the request is made prior to the first class meeting of the registered session.
Bonspiels - For bonspiels, refunds are only available if cancellation occurs at least 14 days prior to the first date of the event.  No refund will be given thereafter.
