Leagues - For Evergreen CC members, a full refund will be granted if cancellation occurs before the member’s first day of curling. Once league play has begun a 50% refund will be granted if cancellation occurs within the first 2 weeks of curling. No refund will be given thereafter.
Group Events - For group events a full refund will be granted if cancellation occurs at least 7 days prior to the event. No refund will be given thereafter. There is a $25 fee for changing credit cards after any portion of an event has been charged.
Learn-to-Curl - For Learn-to-Curl classes a full refund will be granted if cancellation occurs at least 14 days prior to the event. No refund will be given thereafter. We will consider class change requests if availability allows. A change request due to schedule conflicts may be made at least 10 days prior to the event. A change request due to Covid-19 or injury may be made anytime by the injured individual and the parent/guardian of a minor, if participating.
Curling 101 - For Curling 101 lesson series, a full refund will be granted if cancellation occurs at least 14 days prior to the first class meeting. Change to an alternate class (either during the same or following session as the one registered) will be granted when capacity allows and the request is made prior to the first class meeting of the registered session.
Bonspiels - For bonspiels, refunds are only available if cancellation occurs at least 14 days prior to the first date of the event. No refund will be given thereafter.

Specific to members of Evergreen CC, we collect personal information such as your home address, phone number, and other personal information required to to communicate important club information, establish and maintain membership in national and regional curling organizations, and to invoice for products and services.

Automatic Information Collection. We also use automatic data collection technologies to collect and store certain information about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns when you interact with this Website through your computer or mobile device.
We do not sell, rent, or lease any of your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent.
