Time listed is the entire window of group event availability for each date. 

Your event must fit inside the window of time and capacity listed.

A "sheet" refers to a playing field.  1 sheet can hold up to 10 people.

Calendar is updated manually and you may not be seeing all updates.

Maximum capacity on any given date is 3 sheets and capacity for each date is noted.  Capacity may be reduced at any time, without notice.

ECC's facility is closed mid-May thru mid-September each year.  The Fall calendar is TBD, but feel free to email requests for dates later than September 20th.  All tentative bookings will be reviewed once our competition and playdown dates are set.  Any events needing to be moved will be offered the next nearest available date.
