Curling 101 - Lesson and League Series

Delivery coaching

ECC's Curling 101 is an instructional series paired with coached games, providing in-depth instruction in the basics of the sport with a goal of allowing students to join other leagues within the club and feel comfortable doing so.  Some sessions include a league that mixes with some experienced players.

  • Curling etiquette, roles, delivery, sweeping and strategy.
  • Both off-ice and on-ice instruction and some coached game-play.
  • Delivery instruction more specific to a player's body type.
  • Designed for adults and mature teens.  Youth should checkout our juniors programs or book a private lesson.
  • No experience necessary, and the instruction presented in this league is appropriate for curlers with up to 2 years of experience.
  • Curling can be played in the traditional slide,  standing up, from a wheelchair, with a variety of accommodations.  Contact us for details.

Lesson series are typically offered on Sundays from 10:30am-1:15pm or Mondays from 7:15-10:00pm.
